Both films showcased Shahid in transformative performances, with Haider earning him a Filmfare Award for Best Actor. Vishal Bhardwaj, who last directed Fursat and the series Charlie Chopra & the Mystery of Solang Valley. He returns to large-scale commercial filmmaking with Oh Romeo.
