C | 非遗精英荟暨第五届济南非遗创意设计大赛专家宣讲会首期开讲　　陈凌长期深耕非遗活化实践，专注非遗创意保护、艺术项目策划与文创转化。宣讲会上，她以第五届大赛“古韵泉城·潮起非遗”主题为切入点，直指当下非遗传承创新的现实命题：传承人如何立足当代生活赛道，善用AI工具赋能创作，产出兼具文化内核与现实价值的参赛作品。　　针对非遗创作，陈凌提出三大核心原则：“人是主体，AI是助手;技艺为本，场景为王;参赛重在落地可行。”她认为，只有守住手工技艺根基，才能实现价值的延伸。她强调，传承不等于守旧，既要守住核心技艺与文化内涵，也要推动非遗走进当代生活，实现自我造血式发展。　　在创作逻辑上，陈凌重点阐释了“场景为王”的理念。

D | 她指出，非遗创作不能闭门做展品，必须先找准生活应用场景再开展设计。结合济南本土资源，她梳理出日常家居、文旅消费、公共商业空间、青年潮流消费四大应用方向，引导传承人思考手艺如何融入茶席书房、城市伴手礼、国潮消费等现实场景，把展柜里的非遗变成可使用、可消费的生活产品。　　针对当下AI技术应用热潮，陈凌对人机协同创作作出清晰界定。她表示，AI是拓展思路的工具，不能替代人的工艺判断与文化审美。

E | AI可用于市场趋势梳理、纹样创意发散、效果图验证，但核心手工工艺与原创创意内核必须由人把控，且需重视版权规范。她特别提醒，使用AI辅助创作需完整留存创作过程并在申报材料中注明，纯AI生成作品不具备参赛资格。　　宣讲结束后，陈凌与参会传承人围绕“新时代如何利用AI传承发展非遗”“非遗如何与知名品牌联名”“传承人如何打破固有思路让技艺活起来”等问题展开热烈探讨。尚派形意拳传承人张金涛表示，这次宣讲会让自己受益良多，在今后自己也会通过AI智能让更多的人去了解非遗文化、传统文化，“我也想以自己的形式参加这个创意设计大赛，让更多人了解尚派形意拳。
